Our fees are listed on our scheduling page which you can view prior to making an appointment. We occasionally give temporary discounts on our fees which will be reflected on the book an appointment page and may not always be on our website. When in doubt, those listed on our Acuity Scheduling page serve as the most up to date record of our fees. For some appointments, a deposit may be required. If this is a problem, please let us know.
Our fees will vary depending on the location of the session as well as the length of time for the session, an additional fee will be charged if an appointment comes in as an emergency. A virtual session will tend to run $25 per hour less than the corresponding office session, while house calls cost $30 additional although that is a flat rate. As of 2018, a standard one hour appointment is $150, while a two hour standard appointment is $270.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy : Up until 48 hours, you may reschedule your appointments yourself using the website. Email for cancellation or to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hour notice for cancellation or a failure to appear is a $50 cancellation fee.
Payment options : After Hours Hypnotherapy proudly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express using Square payment processing. In person, we will also accept cash and checks. We request your credit card be placed on file with Square prior to booking your appointment. If you are not comfortable using Square and an additional method is required please contact us.
As a former, and still licensed EMT, Melvin wishes to give back to his fellow first responders. Law enforcement, fire fighters, EMS, and military personnel will also get a discount provided an ID is provided. This includes the Medical Reserve Corps. EMS may also provide their registry number or EMS license regardless whether they are or are not currently active or if the license is expired. An employee ID will also suffice.
We are happy to provide those affiliated with the following colleges, universities, and educational organizations a discount on services. Unless otherwise noted, this discount is good for Faculty, Staff, Students, or Alumni provided an appropriate college ID (or in the case of alumni an alumni card or transcript) is presented. if you are a student at a different university and would like to talk about receiving a discount code, we can discuss this at a consultation.
Current or retired public school teachers (pre-k through high school) from any school district in the United States can show either an ID or a letter from their union.
