Private Sessions
Our standard and most common are our private one on one sessions.
Unlike generic hypnosis mp3s or group sessions, the private experience is completely one on one. In the private sessions, we can handle almost any issue and the experience will be customized to your experience and your needs.
We at After Hours Hypnotherapy believe that you should not have to travel to find a qualified hypnotherapist. This is why After Hours Hypnotherapy also offers virtual hypnotherapy appointments right from the comfort of your own home so no matter where you are in the world, you have a certified hypnotherapist at your finger tips.
With our flexible appointment schedule, all you need is a computer to schedule appointments either virtually or at the main Augusta office (for other locations please check the travel schedule). The appointment link at right will give you appointment times in your local time. Please select one of the appointments.
Some have asked if hypnosis or hypnotherapy are as effective online or virtually or by phone as opposed to in person. The answer is… Yes. At the hands of a qualified hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy is just as effective when using video conferencing software (such as Skype or Zoom or similar options) or the phone. For very conditioned clients, a text based induction is possible.
We use HIPAA compliant video conferencing software which is the preferred communication for virtual hypnotherapy.
Prices for private hypnotherapy range from $125 to $170 per hour.

Group Sessions
For those who may be interested in hypnosis, but do not want to immediately go for a private session, a group session might be an option. Generally costing a fraction of a private session, groups can be effective for many although they do not provide the customization that a private session would. An individual’s responsiveness to group sessions depend on their suggestibility. Group sessions would tend to be better for the somnambulist and physical/direct-type hypnotic suggestibles. The emotional/indirect-type suggestible (roughly 70% of the population) may find groups are not effective.

Our highest level of service is the customized/personalized mp3
Don’t have the time to come in for a session, but still want the customized experience? Don’t like the generic mp3s that can be purchased anywhere or are not finding them effective? We know the feeling!
Ever considered what it would be like to have a personalized hypnosis track made for you? One tailored to your history? One with your name and specific issues? One that has your favourite induction and deepener?
Although we estimate it will take 21 days from time of purchase to design, frequently we have it customized, written, and recorded and such much faster. The recording will be a minimum of an hour.
Please let us know if you want your name to be in the recording, what topic you would like us to help with including as many details as possible, and any affirmations you may wish for us to include. If you know if you prefer a more direct or indirect suggestions, Melvin is trained in Ericksonian and Kappasian hypnosis and can give you a test to see which one has a better chance of working well for you.
